A 17-year-old boy was wounded Tuesday night in a Montclare neighborhood shooting on the Northwest Side.

The boy was riding a bicycle at 8:56 p.m. in the 7000 block of West Grand when shots were fired by several males standing on the sidewalk, Chicago Police said.

The boy was struck in the right leg and taken to Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, where he was treated and released, police said.
