About 2:15 p.m., the 22-year-old woman was in the 3700 block of West Palmer when someone in a passing vehicle fired two shots, according to Chicago Police.

She was hit in her left shoulder and took herself to Norwegian American Hospital, where her condition stabilized, police said.
