Firefighters quickly struck out a house fire Friday night in unincorporated Will County, but the home was deemed uninhabitable.

It happened shortly before 10 p.m. in the 29W200 block of Andermann Drive in unincorporated Will County, and the Naperville Fire Protection District said the fire was caused by lightning.

No injuries were reported.

The crowd waited several minutes before the result was reviewed by the stewards and declared official.
