A 58-year-old man was killed in a crash Saturday morning on the Northwest Side.

Ronald Koschalk was riding a motorcycle south just before noon when he drove into a delivery truck that was turning north onto Lehigh from Hiawatha, according to Chicago Police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

He was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said. He lived in the Jefferson Park neighborhood.

The driver of the truck was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way, police said.

The Major Accidents Investigation Unit was investigating.
