A man was shot Thursday afternoon in the Little Village neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

The 25-year-old was walking about 4:20 p.m. in the 3500 block of West 23rd Street when someone in a four-door, white sedan fired shots at him, Chicago Police said.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital with two gunshot wounds to his upper arm, police said. His condition had stabilized.
