A 26-year-old man was shot to death Friday afternoon in the West Garfield Park neighborhood.

The shooting happened about 5:20 p.m. in the 4700 block of West Harrison Street, according to Chicago police.

Marquis Moore was shot on the left side of his body and his buttocks, according to police and the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office. He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he died Saturday at 3:10 p.m.

Moore lived in the Gresham neighborhood, according to the medical examiner’s office.
