Missing woman last seen in Lawndale

Police are asking the community for help finding a missing 48-year-old woman who was last seen in Lawndale on the West Side. 

Latanya Johnson was last seen Sept. 5 in the 3200 block of West Douglas Boulevard, according to a missing person alert from Chicago police. 

She is 5-foot-6, 150 pounds with brown eyes, black hair and may appear to be in need of medical attention, police said. She was last seen wearing a blue and white hospital gown, gray jogging pants and no shoes. 

Anyone with information should call Area Central SVU detectives at 312-747-8380.
