Burglar targets garages in Logan Square: police

In each incident the burglar broke into garages and stole bicycles, tools and small engine equipment, police said.

A string of garage burglaries have been reported in Nov. 2019 in Logan Square on the Northwest Side.

Chicago police are warning residents of a burglar who targets garages in Logan Square on the Northwest Side.

In each incident, someone breaks into the garage and takes bicycles, tools and small engine equipment, Chicago police said in a community alert.

The burglaries happened:

  • Nov. 13 and 14 in the 2800 block of North Milwaukee Avenue;
  • Nov. 19 in the 3100 block of North Kedzie Avenue; and
  • Nov. 19 in the 3100 block of North Sawyer Avenue.
