A triple shooting Dec. 12, 2019, in the 7100 block of South State Street left one man dead and two others wounded.

A man was killed and two others wounded in a shooting Thursday in Park Manor on the South Side.

Antonio M. Porter and two other men were sitting in a parked vehicle about 2:15 p.m. in the 7100 block of South State Street when two males came up and opened fire, Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office said.

The injured driver drove to the 6300 block of South King Drive, where paramedics found the trio, police said.

Porter, 30, was struck multiple times and was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center where he was pronounced dead, police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office said. He lived in the same neighborhood where he was shot.

A 21-year-old who was hit in the abdomen was also taken to the University of Chicago, and a 24-year-old who was struck in the armpit went to St. Bernard Hospital, police said. Both were listed in critical condition.

Area Central detective are investigating.
