Crews will work on the bridge ahead of the weekend boat run, IDOT said.

The Dearborn Street Bridge over the Chicago River will close Thursday for repairs ahead of the weekend boat run.

The closure will last from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., according to the Illinois Department of Transportation.

Traffic will be rerouted via Wacker Drive, State and Kinzie streets.
