A Waukegan man died Sept. 14 after being hit by a vehicle in North Chicago in the northern suburbs.

The man, 37, was struck by the vehicle in the 1000 block of Jackson Street, the Lake County coroner’s office said. He was pronounced dead at Condell Medical Center about 11 p.m.

An autopsy conducted Monday said he died of blunt force injuries, the coroner’s office said.
