Lakeside will open its bait shop on May 29 at Shabbona Lake State Recreation Area.

If ever a message could carry the sound of excitement, this one this morning from Clint Sands did, “We are officially opening on 5/29/20.”

More specifically, Sands messaged, “The bait shop will open on 5/29/20. We are still working on the restaurant and camp store.”

Boat rentals will be available on May 29.
