Robberies reported in Cragin, Belmont Heights

In both incidents, two males wearing black masks punched or pushed a person and stole their purse, Chicago police said.

Two robberies were reported recently in Cragin and Belmont Heights on the Northwest Side.

In both incidents, two males wearing black masks punched or pushed a person and stole their purse, Chicago police said.

The first robbery happened about 2:50 p.m. May 22 in the 5100 block of West Belmont Avenue. The second happened about 10:30 a.m. May 30 in the 7400 block of West Belmont Avenue.
