A 15-year-old girl was fatally shot last week in south suburban Sauk Village.

Jazzlyn Robinson was shot about 8:50 p.m. June 4 on 218th Street, the Cook County medical examiner’s office said. She died the next day.

An autopsy found she died of a gunshot wound to the head and ruled her death a homicide, the medical examiner’s office said.Robinson lived in Sauk Village.

Sauk Village police didn’t immediately respond to a request for details about the shooting.
