Two people were wounded in a shooting Thursday in Englewood on the South Side.

Officers responding to a ShotSpotter alert found the 16-year-old boy and 21-year-old man about 9:30 p.m. with gunshot wounds in the 6700 block of South Sangamon Street, Chicago police said.

The teen was struck in the leg, and the man was hit in the foot, police said. The teen was taken to Comer Children’s Hospital and the man was taken to St. Bernard Hospital. Both are in good condition.

Area One detectives are investigating.
