A 17-year-old boy was wounded in a shooting Monday in Humboldt Park on the Northwest Side.

The teen boy was near the sidewalk about 4:55 p.m. in the 3800 block of West Augusta Boulevard when he heard shots and felt pain, Chicago police said.

He was shot on both legs and was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital in good condition, police said.

No one is in custody as area detectives investigate.
