Now’s your chance to be part of what’s billed as “the largest of its kind in the nation.” That would be the annual Chicago Sketch Comedy Festival, which is accepting submissions through Oct.15.

Performances will take place Jan. 8-18, 2015 at Stage 773 on West Belmont. Individual tickets are $14-$15.

“They get to talk about the work with each other,” festival founder Brian Posen told the Sun-Times last year, referring to his diverse roster of performers. “They get to steal from each other. They get to be inspired by each other. And that’s what really geeks me out.”
