Radio waves: Sullivan on mammals on "Outside"

SHARE Radio waves: Sullivan on mammals on "Outside"

Steve Sullivan talks about the mammals of our area, including an extended section on squirrels, my favorite backyard villains, on “Outside” this afternoon.

The curator of urban ecology for the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, despite the big title and all, is a down-to-earth with practical insights, and has some interesting and unexpected comments about a wide range of mammals.

“Outside” airs from 4:30-5 p.m. Mondays on WKCC-FM (91.1) in Kankakee.

Laurel Soper, the web tech and digital media person for KCC, had a better podcast system set up here. It is a lot easier, which is good considering we have a large online audience. If anybody has issues with it, please let me know.

Otherwise, click here for online listening options.

It was nice to have both Greenberg and Sullivan in studio. They are the kind of people I could enjoy spending much more time with.

There is a Facebook page for Outside with Dale Bowman and Joel Greenberg.
