Wild of the Week: Turtle in spray

SHARE Wild of the Week: Turtle in spray

Can you figure out what the spray is from in this turtle photo by Ellen Riedesel?

She photographed this turtle while her husband Pete and their youngest son Cam were fishing on Evergreen Lake.

“Can you figure out why the mist [in the photo]?” Pete asked.

I did.

(It’s spray from one of their casts.)

Usually this time of the year, I am running Buck of the Week: Unplugged, but, again, this photo was too interesting to pass up.
