The Bears are “reasonably optimistic” that Charles Tillman will play Sunday against the Lions, coach Marc Trestman said, after being limited in practice Friday.

The cornerback missed Wednesday and Thursday’s practices after suffering a groin injury in the third quarter Sunday.

“He worked today, looked good,” Trestman said. “We’ll see how he feels tomorrow, but I would still have to say he’s questionable.”
