Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a 15-year-old girl missing from the Chicago Lawn neighborhood on the Southwest Side since Wednesday evening.

Serrano Carolina was last seen about 7 p.m. Wednesday in the 6300 block of South Mozart Street, according to a community alert from Chicago Police.

Carolina is described as a White Hispanic girl, weighing 150 pounds, standing 5-foot-4, with brown eyes, brown hair and a medium complexion, police said. She was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt with a green Kelly High School logo, black pants and black gym shoes.

Carolina was carrying a clear plastic book bag, police said.
