Police have lcoated a 16-year-old girl who went missing from her Portage Park neighborhood home Saturday.

Isaliz Tebar, who lives near North Cicero Avenue and West Grace Street, had not been in contact with her parents since Saturday, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

Police said she had remained active on social media sites and may have been passing herself off as being older than 16.

Tebar had been safely located by Tuesday night, police said.
