An off-duty Chicago Police officer was critically injured in a motorcycle crash Monday afternoon in the South Side Washington Heights neighborhood.

The 6th District officer was involved in a crash while riding a motorcycle in the 9500 block of South Vincennes just after 4 p.m., according to a police source.

He is listed in critical but stable condition at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, according to the source.
