A 90-year-old man has been reported missing from the Near North Side.

Yefim Kapelyon, who only speaks Russian, was last seen Sunday in the 100 block of West Oak Street, according to a missing person alert from Chicago police.

He was wearing a gray jacket, blue jeans and a dark blue hat.

Anyone with information is asked to call Area Central detectives at 312-747-8380.
