A man was shot Saturday evening on the West Side.

The 38-year-old was inside a mobile trailer about 10:50 p.m in a vacant lot in the 600 block of North Cicero when he heard a gunshot, felt pain and realized he had been shot, according to Chicago Police.

He suffered a graze wound to the chest and was taken to Mount Sinai in good condition, police said.
