A man was grazed by a bullet early Sunday in the Roseland neighborhood on the Far South Side.

About 4:20 a.m., the 33-year-old was in a fight with another male in the 11100 block of South State when the male fired shots before leaving the area, according to Chicago Police.

The man suffered a graze wound to the back of the neck and refused medical treatment, police said.
