A 28-year-old man was shot Saturday night in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side.

He was in front of a home in the 12200 block of South Green Street when he suffered a graze wound to the face and hand, according to Chicago Police.

The man was taken in good condition to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, police said.
