A man was wounded in a shooting Saturday morning in the Princeton Park neighborhood on the South Side.

The 58-year-old was shot in the abdomen at 10:07 a.m. in the 9400 block of South Perry, according to preliminary information from Chicago Police.

He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in serious condition, police said.
