Man shot in Heart of Chicago

A 23-year-old man was shot early Saturday in the Heart of Chicago neighborhood.

He was outside about 3:40 a.m. in the 2200 block of West 18th Place when a dark colored vehicle drove by and someone inside shot him in the leg, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
