A 38-year-old man was wounded in a drive-by shooting early Sunday in the Little Village neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

He was standing outside about 2:20 a.m. in the 2500 block of South Spaulding when a dark-colored vehicle drove by and someone inside opened fire, according to Chicago Police.

The man was shot in the chest and arm and taken in serious condition to Mount Sinai Hospital, police said.

The men, 18 and 20, were in the 1800 block of West Monroe Street about 9:20 p.m. when two people got out of a light-colored sedan and fired shots. They were hospitalized in fair condition.
