Man missing after leaving Swedish Covenant Hospital located

An 80-year-old man reported missing after he left Swedish Covenant Hospital Sunday on the Northwest Side has been found.

John Hernandez was last seen leaving the hospital at 5140 N. California Ave., according to a community alert from Chicago police.

He has since been located, police said Thursday. Further details were not provided.
