Man shot in Humboldt Park

A man was shot Monday afternoon in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The shooting happened at 12:19 p.m. in the 900 block of North Hamlin, according to Chicago Police.

The 23-year-old man was shot in the leg and arm, and was taken to Stroger Hospital in fair condition, police said.
