Two men were shot early Thursday in the West Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The men, 19 and 20, were sitting in a parked car about midnight in the 4000 block of West End when a light-colored car pulled up, and someone inside fired shots, police said.

Paramedics took the 19-year-old to Mount Sinai Hospital with a gunshot wound to the arm and graze wound to the face, police said. His condition was stabilized.

A relative drove the 20-year-old to Loretto Hospital, where he was being treated for an arm wound, police said. His condition was also stabilized.

A source said that the men are documented gang members.
