A 24-year-old man was shot Saturday afternoon in the West Side Austin neighborhood.

Someone on foot fired shots at the man about 4:15 p.m. in the 1200 block of North Mason, Chicago Police said.

The man took himself to West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park with a graze wound to the head, according to police. He listed in good condition.

The men, 18 and 20, were in the 1800 block of West Monroe Street about 9:20 p.m. when two people got out of a light-colored sedan and fired shots. They were hospitalized in fair condition.
