The Blackhawks signed rookie goaltender Collin Delia to a 3-year, $3 million contract extension Monday morning.

The team called Delia up from the minor leagues in December when Corey Crawford went on injured reserve with a concussion and he played well immediately. He has a .923 save percentage and 2.98 goals against average in 12 games.

Delia is now their only goalie signed long-term. Crawford’s contract ends after next season, and Cam Ward is playing on a one-year deal.
