A man was shot Sunday evening in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The 25-year-old was shot in the leg at 8:42 p.m. in the 800 block of South Central Park, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition.

The men, 18 and 20, were in the 1800 block of West Monroe Street about 9:20 p.m. when two people got out of a light-colored sedan and fired shots. They were hospitalized in fair condition.
