A man was shot late Sunday in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side.

About 11 p.m., the 20-year-old was a passenger in a vehicle traveling in the 900 block of North Sacramento when someone opened fire from another vehicle that pulled up beside them, according to Chicago Police.

The man was shot in the right arm and showed up at Presence Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center, where his condition was stabilized, police said. He was not being cooperative with investigators.
