The Chicago Board of Education today is expected to approve a $28 million deal to sell the Chicago Public Schools headquarters at its headquarters at 125 S. Clark St. CPS also is set to announce its first sale of a shuttered school today.

The school board meeting comes one day after the district finally released its enrollment numbers, which dipped below 400,000 students for the first time in years.
