Bulls guard Jimmy Butler was named Most Improved Player, and his teammates are excited for him.

Coach Tom Thibodeau said Butler has earned it because of the major strides he has taken this season.

When Butler was drafted by the Bulls in 2011, he said his goal was to shut down LeBron James and help bring another NBA title to Chicago.
