For the first time since he was called up, Cubs third baseman Kris Bryant won’t be in the starting lineup against the New York Mets.

Cubs utility man Jonathan Herrera, who’s batting .221 with seven RBI and three stolen bases, will replace Bryant at third.

Bryant has struggled during the last seven games, hitting .211 with only one extra base hit and RBI.

The Cubs are looking to sweep the Mets on Thursday at noon.
