The White Sox ended up being neither buyers nor sellers as the trade deadline passed Friday afternoon.
With a 16-9 record in July that includes a seven-game winning streak and two four-game win streaks, the Sox will ride out the 2015 season with what they’ve got.

The Sox were rumored to be heavily involved in a deal with the Tigers for outfielder Yoenis Cespedes, but Detroit ended up sending him to the Mets instead.
