A man was shot while riding a bicycle in the Roseland neighborhood on the Far South Side Saturday morning.

The 23-year-old was riding a bike at 7:12 a.m. in the 300 block of West 108th Street when a green car pulled alongside him and someone inside opened fire, police said.

He was shot in the left forearm and index finder and taken to Roseland Community Hospital, according to police. His condition has been stabilized.
