A 57-year-old man was shot in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side Monday evening.
The man was shot in the foot about 6:10 p.m. in the 1500 block of North Maplewood, according to Chicago Police.
He was taken to Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center, where his condition stabilized.
