A man was shot while riding a bicycle in Englewood Monday evening.

The 30-year-old was riding a bicycle in the 900 block of West 72nd Street about 6 p.m. when he heard gunshots and felt pain, police said.

He was taken to Holy Cross Hospital with a gunshot wound to his right leg, police said. His condition had stabilized.
