Among the many things the ’85 Bears excelled at, creating compelling Super Bowl drama wasn’t one of them.

In a 46-10 blowout win over the Patriots in Super Bowl XX, the only drama that existed was regarding whether or not Walter Payton would get into the end zone.

Although it featured one of the most entertaining teams in NFL history, the 1986 Super Bowl was ranked by ESPN’s John Clayton as the second least-exciting Super Bowl ever.

But Super Bowl XX wasn’t a total dud. The game showcased six future Hall of Famers and arguably the greatest defense in NFL history. Plus, anytime you can watch a 335-pound man run over other huge men, it’s time well spent.
