Police are searching for a man who tried to lure a girl into his vehicle Wednesday while she was walking in Belmont Cragin on the Northwest Side.

The girl was walking home from school around 2:45 p.m. in the 5500 block of West Drummond Place when he tried lure her into his vehicle, but she ran off, according to the police.
