Police are warning residents about a series of burglaries reported this month in the Lincoln Park neighborhood on the North Side.

In each of the reported break-ins, someone entered a home and stole property, according to a community alert from Chicago Police.

The burglaries occurred:

  • In the 2100 block of North Sheffield the morning of April 4;
  • In the 700 block of West Webster the early morning of April 10;
  • In the 1900 block of North Sheffield the evening of April 16;
  • In the 900 block of West Webster the evening of April 18;
  • In the 1800 block of North Sedgwick the afternoon of April 18;
  • In the 2000 block of North Magnolia the early morning of April 21; and
  • In the 2000 block of North Seminary the afternoon of April 22.
