Guess who’s coming to breakfast.

You liked Anthony Rizzo at first base and loved him at home plate. Now how will he play on the kitchen table?

Cubs fans will now get a chance to find out as “RizzO’s” cereal hit the market this week. “RizzO’s” is a Honey Nut Toasted Oats cereal packaged in a 14-ounce, limited-edition collectors’ box featuring a custom illustration of the Cubs’ star. It’s available exclusively at participating Jewel-Osco stores in the Chicago area and online at plbsports.com and amazon.com.

A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the cereal will benefit the Anthony Rizzo Family Foundation, which raises money for cancer research and to provide support to children and their families fighting the disease.

“RizzO’s” is the latest athlete-branded cereal from PLB Sports. PLB Sports launched “Bettis HOF Crunch” cereal with Jerome Bettis to commemorate his induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame last fall and “Witten’s Lucky Stars” cereal with Dallas Cowboys tight end, Jason Witten. “RizzO’s” is the first product for PLB Sports in the Chicago market.
