A 17-year-old boy was shot and wounded by someone who drove up as he stood on a street corner in the 3300 block of West Flournoy Street in East Garfield Park around 3 p.m. Saturday, according to the police, who said he was shot in the abdomen and was being treated at Mount Sinai Hospital.
