The circus is back in town, which means Chicago’s winter tenants are on their way out for the annual circus trip. For roughly the next two weeks, both the Bulls and Blackhawks will play on the road while the circus takes up space at the United Center.

In honor of the circus trip, it’s time to recognize the biggest clowns in both team’s recent history. A clown can be all sorts of things, from the goofy guard running all over the place to the clumsy wing who can’t stay on his skates.
